Rules

Rules - Iancu Sniper

All rules must be followed strictly. Not doing so will result in you getting punished.

1. Sharing license keys is forbidden

No sharing keys with friends or other people. Selling them is also not allowed. This also means partnerships are not allowed, or allowed but at your own risk.

2. Respect staff members

Respect if you want to be respected. Do not ping staff members in tickets, or nowhere, be patient and we'll get to you as soon as possible. Also do NOT DM staff members, open a ticket to get any issue solved, or use the support channel.

3. Use your brain

Pretty obvious what this one means.

4. Support

We will not offer support of any kind to issues not related with our products, unless we individually want to. We also will not be offering support in DMs, so use the support channel, or for worse things use the tickets. We will not offer support regarding our products to people who are not customers.

5. Purchasing and Resellers

We are not responsible if you do not buy from official staff/resellers.

6. Refunds

We do not refund our products. We specify every information on our products.

7. License Keys/Transfers

Make sure to store your license keys somewhere and not lose them. Your license keys are linked to your discord account. If you get termed, you will have to ask for a transfer, by opening a ticket and specifying you want a transfer, giving us one of your license keys.

8. Language

Speak only English, and any other language that's allowed by the staff to talk in the moment.

9. HWID Resets

If you want a HWID Reset, go to the support channel and ask for a hwid reset, specifying what product you need it on.

10. No advertising

No advertising, unless allowed by the staff.

11. Role pinging

Don't ping <@&1268495491155496993> or any other role if not allowed

12. Spamming API

Don't spam the API in any way. This includes "restart scripts" that are poorly-scripted and instead of doing good, they do worse.

13. Inactivity

We often suspend inactive licenses. If your license gets suspended, just open a ticket and we'll unsuspend it. If your license gets suspended and you don't do a ticket to unsuspend it, you'll get it revoked after a while (usually 2 months). This only applies if all your licenses are suspended because of inactivity, not just partial ones.

14. Scammers

If you are aware of someone being a scammer, get them reported in .gg/scammeralert and we'll take action. (Open a ticket to let us know about scammers). Do NOT be a scammer or we will not tolerate you using our products.

Terms of Service

We may change the TOS any time. This means that the customer accepts any future changes of the TOS.
